SolidBase Software supplies installable desktop software, software licences, updates, support, training material and related digital services. The current launch product is SolidBase Ledger, an installable accounting software product for owner-managed businesses.
Product descriptions, features and screenshots are provided to help customers understand the software. Features may change as the product is improved, updated or packaged into future versions.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) unless clearly stated otherwise. Online payments are processed securely through Payfast. SolidBase Software does not receive or store your full card details.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted by SolidBase Software.
4. Digital Delivery and Access
SolidBase software is delivered digitally. After successful payment, the customer may receive download access, licence details, setup instructions and support information by email, account dashboard, order page or another reasonable electronic method.
Delivery may be delayed if payment verification, account verification, fraud checks, technical issues or incorrect customer details prevent immediate fulfilment.
5. Software Licence
Purchasing SolidBase software gives the customer a licence to use the software according to the product licence terms supplied with the software or purchase. The software remains the intellectual property of SolidBase Software or its licensors.
The customer may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass licensing controls or share licence credentials unless SolidBase Software has given written permission.
6. Intellectual Property, Trademarks and Website Content
All website text, product descriptions, screenshots, graphics, logos, software names, product names, user-interface designs, training materials, documentation and other content published by SolidBase Software are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights unless clearly stated otherwise.
SolidBase, SolidBase Software, SBS, SolidBase Ledger, SolidBase Personal Ledger, SolidBase Payroll and related product names, logos and visual identifiers are trade names, trademarks or unregistered trademarks of SolidBase Software, unless a different owner is identified. Any third-party names, logos or trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
